This intensive course is designed for sommeliers, F & B professionals and restaurateurs in the position of buying, selling or training about Japanese sake.

This 3 day accredited sake course is held:
Sunday 17 May 10am – 5:15pm
Monday 18 May 6pm – 9pm
Sunday 24 May 10am – 5:15pm
Monday 25 May 6pm – 9pm (Exam)
