To kick off the year join Sommeliers Australia’s Tasmania Event Committee, snack on tasty Rude Boy fried chicken and share a favourite bottle of wine. Talk wine, food and and the industry at large… and maybe indulge in a cocktail or two afterwards!
BYO an old favourite or a new fried chicken-worthy match to share, and get ready to uncover some nostalgic or surprising pairings.
