The Whole Bunch Collective – an organisation for wine industry professionals in every role, region and every person – was born out of a desire to see more representation in the Australian and Aotearoan wine industries. For the diversity and equity to stretch across people, roles and regions so that anyone who is passionate about working in wine would have the same opportunities to access knowledge, funding, professional growth and most importantly, shared respect.
In an effort to fully understand the current limitations surrounding diversity within the local wine industry, The Whole Bunch Collective have prepared a short survey “Diversity in the Aotearoan and Australian Wine Industry”, and invites everyone working in wine to take part and have their say.
