We are a new modern ultra-premium Italian and Australian wine bar and cellar in Collins Street seeking an aspiring Wine Bar Manager and Sommelier.

We are a diversified venue with an engaging community. We offer a premium brand-new fit out wine bar and cellar along with many food artisans and charity spaces for corporates.

Our wine list feature both local and Italian wines.

This position would suit an enthusiastic and dedicated hospitality professional.

The right candidate will be self-motivated, passionate, and able to work within a team environment, achieving the highest standards.

A minimum two years’ experience in a similar role will be highly regarded. However, we will also consider applicants wishing to take the next step in their career.

The successful candidate will have:
• Experience within a fast-paced venue, be guest focused and have a hands-on approach
• Demonstrate a passion for wine and hold WSET / CMS qualifications
• Fluent in both Italian and English
• Knowledge of the Australian and international market
• A willingness to further their knowledge base, including industry trends and new products
• A friendly and outgoing, can-do attitude
• Be willing to go the extra mile to make our guests experience memorable
• Be self-motivated, passionate and able to work within a team environment
• A keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• The ability to take direction and also work autonomously
• The flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
