| My role model is: Master Sommelier, Pascaline Lepeltier, for her genuine interest in the viticulture side of things, organic and Biodynamic farming. She is also a proof for me that there are no shortcuts to success. |
| My greatest indulgence is: Aged white burgundy and seared scallops… perhaps too much? |
