Sweet Tooth’s unite!  Just in time for Easter, we’re out to prove that wine and chocolate can be a match made in heaven!

Join Sommeliers Australia’s Mirco Tarducci (Steve’s Nedlands) and Sarah Atkinson (Le Rebelle), as they explore how different chocolate types pair with a variety of wine styles. Try a spectrum of wines paired with premium chocolate. You might discover a new favourite match!

Does white chocolate work with aged Chardonnay or a spritzy Moscato d’Asti?

Milk chocolate paired with Pedro Ximénez?

What about dark chocolate matched with a Malbec or Port LBV?

Taste your way through these flavour combinations (and more!) and discuss how these pairings can work from a sommelier’s perspective when matching desserts with wine.
