Experience another side of New Zealand wine
A dedicated sommelier-only masterclass, where the discussion is led by one of your own – Wiremu Andrews of Pt. Leo Estate & Laura – based on the wines, the stories and the personalities he recently discovered in New Zealand.
Wiremu will share, through a selection of classic and rarer wines, his perceptions around sustainable winegrowing, organic and biodynamic viticulture, brand protection and the future of New Zealand wine in the Australian on-premise.
The workshop runs from 1.30pm – 4pm, with the masterclass from 2 – 3.30pm, with pastries either side.
