In anticipation of Global Champagne Day on 18 October, the Champagne Bureau is proud to present a series of interactive workshops with Sommeliers Australia to discuss the styles of Champagne that are growing in popularity in Australia.

The tastings will highlight key trends and technical details of 12 different cuvees of Champagne for Sommeliers Australia members and professionals working in the wine and hospitality industry.

The Champagne Bureau Australia represents the Houses, growers and cooperatives of the Champagne region and is presenting these ateliers to look at emerging Champagne trends in the Australian market. Developments in categories such as Blanc de Noirs and Blanc de Blancs, Rose and new cuvees recently arrived in Australia will be available for tasting and Champagne from growers, negociants and cooperatives will be featured.

The most up to date information on sustainable practices used with in Champagne region will also be available.
