Join Australian wine journalist, Tony Love as he moderates an exciting discussion about innovation in wine pairing and experiences with a panel of leading experts – Marcell Kustos – sommelier and winemaker, Kerry Wilkinson – Professor of Oenology at The University of Adelaide and Simon Wilkinson – The Advertiser’s restaurant reviewer.
