Tuesday, 31 May 2022 # 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm ACST

How can we make a wine experience memorable? How can we expand our pairing repertoire beyond steak & shiraz?

As the world’s palate changes, it is time we kept up. So what does the future look like?

Join Australian wine journalist, Tony Love as he moderates an exciting discussion about innovation in wine pairing and experiences with a panel of leading experts – Marcell Kustos – sommelier and winemaker, Kerry Wilkinson – Professor of Oenology at The University of Adelaide and Simon Wilkinson – The Advertiser’s restaurant reviewer. Your taste buds will be thrilled to encounter crickets, fish & chips (but not as you know it), plant-based steak and a native, Australian dessert.

All paired with some unexpected wines, for a night not to be missed.
