This 75 minute practice-based communication workshop, hosted by Simon Kingsley Hall (sPeak Performance), aims to unpack how to best prepare for communicating with others plus share techniques in how to communicate effectively.
Having trained in classical theatre, and with extensive experience in hospitality, management and training, Simon has developed a module that aims to achieve the skills required to effectively communicate with any audience under any conditions, so that your message is clear, and memorable.
Facilitated by Sommeliers Australia, this workshop will help participants:
- feel in control when they speak,
- understand the importance of maintaining vocal abilities,
- learn how to retain composure in all circumstances, and
- attain a level of confidence that builds trust and relatability.
