This intensive course is designed for sommeliers, F & B professionals and restaurateurs in the position of buying, selling or training about Japanese sake.

Monday 13 May 9:30am – 4:45pm
Tuesday 14 May 10:30am – 2:30pm
Wednesday 15 May 1pm – 4pm EXAM
