|MY BACKGROUND IS:
I was born in South Korea, and came to Australia to study hospitality. My first fine dining job at Vue de Monde had a great sommelier team and that’s how I got interested in, and started studying, wine.
|THE MOTTO I LIVE BY IS:
Try something at least before you give up, and never regret a decision you made.
|THE PERFECT MEAL WOULD BE:
Fried chicken wings with bubbles!! (Especially Champagne)
