For today’s ‘Spotlight on Committee’, let’s check in with Noah Rozenfeld…

Growing up in the coastal side of Haifa, Israel, Noah started his hospitality journey in New Zealand, where industry peers opened his eyes to the world of wine. He has since found his way to Melbourne and is a passionate contributor to Sommeliers Australia’s VIC committee.

Noah’s career begain in the much lauded Logan Brown Restaurant in Wellington, and then to Castagna in Victoria, where he was elbow deep working in the vineyards. His next move was as a Senior Sommelier at Ten Minutes by Tractor, where he was mentored to lead and learn the fine art of hospitality.

Noah joined the three-hatted Amaru in early 2024. He had also just received his Advanced Sommelier pin by the Court of Masters Sommelier in 2023.

Noah is inspired by the people in the wine industry who has a true unconditional love for it, and wants to inspire and be inspired by his peers.
