Greg’s extensive skills and experiences in the hospitality industry has cemented him as a great asset to Sommeliers Australia Victoria Committee, and also a great mentor to the new generation of wine professionals.
A certified sommelier, Greg started his career in Melbourne and in London, and even worked briefly as a chef. His love for wines paved his career, and Greg was part of the team that first got Vue de Monde their 3 hats.
Since then, Greg has expanded his wine career to the business side of things, becoming De Bortoli’s on-premise Sales Manager; and now, Sante Wine’s Area Manager.
With an incredible 25+ years in F&B, Greg has an extensive network and is still looked upon as a trusted voice in the world of wine.
