She holds a WSET Diploma and is a CMS Certified Sommelier, bringing a strong foundation of technical knowledge alongside extensive experience in premium hospitality environments.

Throughout her career, Mimi has worked with some of Sydney’s most respected venues and hospitality groups, including Garfish Manly, Lotus Dining Group, and currently Aria Sydney, where she serves as a sommelier. Her professional interests span wine service, education, and promoting diverse wine styles and regions to both industry professionals and consumers.
