[NSW] Luigi Celiento – Lucas Collective
Luigi began his hospitality journey at just 14 years old, working summer seasons in his native Italy while still at school. His career took him across Europe, where he gained experience in five-star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants, developing a deep appreciation for fine wine and exceptional dining.
After relocating to Sydney, Luigi held roles at some of the city’s most respected venues, including Intermezzo, Bistecca, LuMi Dining, and the Love Tilly Group, before joining Trippas White Group as Precinct Sommelier.
Passionate about wine, hospitality, and continuous learning, Luigi credits much of his success to the mentors who shaped his career. He is committed to paying that forward by mentoring the next generation of hospitality professionals.
Most recently, Luigi has led beverage programs and venue openings as Beverage Director for Azabu Group and has also supported new venue launches with the Maybe Sammy Group.
