Born in France and raised in the United States, Astrid discovered her passion for wine after beginning her career in culinary arts. In 2014, she returned to France to pursue a career in wine, where she spent nine years developing her expertise and earning her WSET Level 3 certification.

Astrid later moved to Australia, earned her Certified Sommelier credentials, and continued building her career in hospitality. She is currently the Head Sommelier at Antica Dining, where she brings an international perspective and passion for wine education and service.
