Join Threecoins & Sons for a relaxed, shared-table dinner with Federico Carletti from Azienda Agricola Poliziano, one of Montepulciano’s most respected producers. Hosted by the winemaker himself, this is not a formal tasting but a convivial feast where bottles are poured in waves and plates are passed across the table. Expect to explore Rosso di Montepulciano, Chianti and Vino Nobile while discovering how Sangiovese speaks through place, vintage and philosophy.
