[VIC] Wine House: WSET Level 2 – 3 Day Intensive

LOOKING BEHIND THE LABEL INTENSIVE THREE DAY ACCREDITED COURSE
The WSET Intermediate certificate is intended as a training program in product knowledge for those employed in the drinks industry to improve their knowledge of wines and spirits and for the enthusiast with a serious interest in wine who would like to study in a structured manner. The course covers the wines and spirits of the world and is followed by a one hour multiple choice examination. Wine tasting is a part of every class. There is a strong European focus.
Course Programme:
– Level 2 Systematic Approach to Tasting and food and wine matching
– Key wine producing regions around the world
– Key grape varieties
– Sparkling and sweet wine
– Fortified wines plus spirits and liqueurs
This course runs for three days from Monday the 1st of July to Wednesday the 3rd of July 10:30am – 5:30pm with the examination on Wednesday the 3rd of July.
Please note:no refunds will be issued within 10 working days prior to the start of the course. Before that period a 75% refund is allowed if a student cancels their enrolment. A 100% refund will apply if Wine House cancels. Please note there is a re-sit exam fee of $150 if a student does not attend the exam for any reason.
