This intensive course is designed for sommeliers, F & B professionals and restaurateurs in the position of buying, selling or training about Japanese sake.
This 3 day accredited sake course is held:
Sunday 15 July 10am – 5:45pm
Monday 16 July 6pm – 9pm
Sunday 22 July 10am – 5:45pm
Monday 23 July 6pm – 9pm, Exam.
