Get into the spirit of the silly season and join Sommeliers Australia at Hu Tong Dumpling Bar for a banquet lunch with great wine and friends.
To match Hu Tong’s banquet of specialities you are asked to bring along a bottle of wine to share – a classic match, an old favourite or a new discovery.
Members and non-members are all welcome!
COST:
Sommeliers Australia members and non-members – $45 per head, payable on the day.
