Sommeliers Australia members are invited to attend Californian Wines: A Masterclass, conducted in collaboration with Jackson Family Wines.

Join Sommeliers Australia’s South Australia Committee and guest presenters from Jackson Family Wines Pierre-Marie Pattieu and Andres Aragon (Zooming in from Hong Kong and Sydney respectively) as they showcase how California’s American Viticulture Areas (AVAs) influence three standout varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Zinfandel.

Each bracket will have a specific focus, featuring wines from a variety of producers:

Chardonnay – Cool climate expressions of California

Pinot Noir – The future of Burgundian varieties in Santa Barbara

Zinfandel – USA and the resurrection of Zinfandel
