Join Sommeliers Australia’s resident Riesling aficionado, Benjamin Hasko MS, plus special guest Yuki Hirose (Head Sommelier, Rockpool Bar & Grill), for a Riesling masterclass on a global scale.
Benchmark examples from France, Germany, Austria and of course examples from closer to home, which include plenty of heavy hitters.
