NSW Wine invites you to an afternoon dedicated to exploring the perfect pairing of winter food and NSW wine. This unique trade tasting takes you on a journey through the regions,featuring 16 NSW wine producers and food stations designed to showcase how their wines complement winter’s flavours,think charcoal-grilled dishes, and Asian- and French-inspired
plates. From bold reds built for richer fare to lighter, more delicate styles, you’ll discover pairings that bring out the best in both the food and the wine.
Connect directly with producers, explore their range, and hear their food and wine pairing ideas firsthand.Discover pairings you never thought of, andwalk away with new ideas on NSW wines that pair perfectly with the dishes you’re already serving.
