This intensive course is designed for sommeliers, F & B professionals and restaurateurs in the position of buying, selling or training about Japanese sake.

This 3 1/2 day accredited sake course is held:
Sunday 22 March 10am – 5:15pm
Monday 23 March 10am – 5:15pm
Sunday 29 March 10am – 2pm
Monday 30 March 1pm – 4pm EXAM
