The French-Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FACCI) invites Professional members of Sommeliers Australia to express their Interest in an Associate Judge positionat the 2026 Air Liquide Concours des Vins Wine Show.
Judging will take place at the Investment Centre of Victoria in Melbourne on Tuesday, 29th September 2026.
Duties include
- Take direction from the Chair of the Jury (Sarah Andrew) and the Judges;
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- Ability to follow directions;
- Professional in approach and well-mannered;
- Supply your own laptop or tablet;
- Download Showrunner or the applicable judging platform;
- Facilitate own transport to and from the judging venue.

Associate Judge Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to participate in the Associate Judge program, applicants must:
- Be a current Professional member of Sommeliers Australia;
- Have prior experience in wine show stewarding or associate judging, or have completed WSET Level 2 or CMS Certified or higher qualifications;
- Commit to the whole day of judging;
- Agree to the following: FACCI reserves the right to use any photographs or videos taken at events organised or co-branded by FACCI, without the express written consent of individuals appearing in them. These images and recordings may be used for marketing and communication purposes, including but not limited to FACCI’s website, e-newsletters, and social media channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn;
- Submit your wine related CV to Sommeliers Australia, outlining stewarding or judging experience, or wine related qualifications.
