Join Sommeliers Australia’s Sarah Atkinson (Le Rebelle) and Mirco Tarducci (Steve’s), plus guest winemaker Travis Lemm (Voyager Estate) as they delve into new takes on Australian Chardonnay.
What does modern-style Australian Chardonnay look like, and where do our winemakers look to for inspiration?
Our panel will explore five ‘modern Aussies’ from 5 regions – where the winemakers are challenging perceptions on regional and varietal typicity – alongside a classic from the homeland of Chardonnay, Chablis; a region that many local winemakers look to for inspiration.
