In this ‘Discover Variety’ online session, we’re uncovering Sangiovese!
What are the hallmarks of Sangiovese and how does winemaking interplay with terroir to create such diversity in style?
Join Sommeliers Australia’s Bridget Raffal (Where’s Nick Wine Bar) and Louella Mathews (Bibo Wine Bar), and their Sangiovese loving guests – importer, Matt Paul (Trembath & Taylor) and winemaker, Mark Walpole – as they explore the many different expressions of Sangiovese, across both Italy and Australia – where the future is bright.
