Pavoni Plus, guided by Executive Chef Alessandro Pavoni, is excited to announce exceptional opportunities for passionate and experienced wine professionals. As we expand our renowned restaurant group, we are looking for dedicated sommeliers, wine waiters, assistant head sommeliers, and head sommeliers to join our team and elevate our service across both existing venues and our new locations set to open by the end of 2024.

Situated in Summer Hill, this cozy neighborhood osteria will feature delectable snacks, cocktails, and a welcoming spot for after-work drinks. - Cibaria Manly (Opening Soon)

We Are Seeking:
- Experienced Sommeliers
To impart their extensive knowledge and passion for wine, delivering exceptional service and curated wine experiences to our guests. - Wine Waiters
To provide attentive and informed service, enhancing our guests’ dining experiences with expert wine recommendations. - Assistant Head Sommeliers
To support and lead our wine team, ensuring top-notch wine service and contributing to the development of our wine program. - Head Sommeliers
To lead our wine program, manage the wine team, and collaborate with our culinary team to craft extraordinary wine experiences that complement our menus.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid working rights in Australia
- NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
- Prior industry experience
- WSET Level 2 certification
