In December 2020, the Sommeliers Australia National Executive Committee shared its vision to create a working group to look at how Sommeliers Australia could encourage greater diversity and inclusion within the association.
In response to this call to action, a number of Sommeliers Australia members and industry professionals, with a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, have stepped forward to contribute to this working group.

Committed to meeting once a month, the D & I Working Group has already reviewed Sommeliers Australia’s Members Code of Conduct and will continue to discuss other aspects of the association’s activities.
