It’s Feb Fast again and across all drinks sectors the NoLo (no- and low alcohol) category continues to grow from strength to strength. So too does the quality of beverages and the number of consumers keen to enjoy them.
Join Sommeliers Australia’s Sarah Andrew (WSET Global/Selador Wines) and Greg Lightfoot (Santé Wines) for an up-to-date market review of the NoLo beverage category, while their special guest, winemaker Al Reid (Konpira Maru), will delve into production methods for a greater understanding of how these beverages transition from grapes to de-alcoholised wines.
The panel will also discuss profitability, where and how to position these products on your drinks lists and sample a selection of premium quality NoLo sparkling, white and red wines.
