The Champagne Specialist Program is a professional Champagne training program that has been created by the dedicated education department of Comité Champagne, based in Épernay, France.
The new educational course of study is aimed at wine professionals and hospitality industry personnel who want to develop their Champagne knowledge and skills. The program will debut in Sydney and Adelaide as part of the Comité Champagne’s new global education platforms.
The new Champagne Specialist Program will provide in-depth knowledge and expertise about the Champagne Appellation. Participants will taste 12 different Champagne cuvées to gain a comprehensive understanding of the history, production methods, and unique characteristics that define Champagne. The program aims to elevate the standards of Champagne service and appreciation within the Australian market.
The program runs Monday 28 October – Monday 11 October at Adelaide Wine and Spirits School at TAFE SA.
