** SOLD OUT **

Sommeliers Australia members are invited to attend Californian Wines: A Masterclass, conducted in collaboration with Jackson Family Wines.

Presented in Sydney by Best Sommelier of Australia 2021 runner-up, Paolo Saccone (Mimi’s), with Sommeliers Australia’s Jarrett Michael Buffington and Andrés Aragón from Jackson Family Wines, this masterclass will showcase how California’s American Viticulture Areas (AVAs) influence three standout varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Zinfandel, finishing with a look at the ultra-premium, modern classic, Verité.

Each bracket will have a specific focus, featuring wines from a variety of producers:

Chardonnay – Cool climate expressions of California

Pinot Noir – The future of Burgundian varieties in Santa Barbara

Zinfandel – USA and the resurrection of Zinfandel
