DESCRIPTION:WATCH THE RECORDING of Discover Riesling \n\nFor our next ‘Discover Variety’ online tasting\, join Sommeliers Australia’s Stan Zheng (Frogmore Creek Estate)\, Pip Anderson (MONA) and their special guest\, winemaker Penny Jones (Bay of Fires) as they look at Riesling. \nRiesling\, the ‘Queen of Grapes’\, is an extremely versatile grape variety capable of producing world-class wines in a range of different styles. \nDrawing on Penny’s extensive winemaking experience\, Stan\, Pip and Penny will look at what one grape variety can produce across three different regions. They will delve into how examples from a classic Australian region and an emerging region compare to a German contemporary. \n  \n\nThe three wines: \n\n\n\nPewsey Vale 1961 Vines\, Eden Valley Aust. (750ml) – RRP $33\n\n\nBay of Fires Riesling\, Tasmania Aust.
