DESCRIPTION:Sommeliers Australia joins with JETRO (Japan External Trade Organisation) to present one of the most comprehensive showcases of premium sake to come to Sydney\, with representatives on hand from 18 sake breweries. \nContinuing our exploration of sake in the month of June\, this is a unique opportunity to experience the emerging sake phenomenon. Compare the nuances of the kaleidoscopic and subtle sake spectrum and how they are brewed to match food. \nSommeliers Australia members are invited to register for one of the two Masterclass sessions (both sessions cover the same content) and attend the tasting at their leisure. \nWSET Sake Educator\, Leigh Hudson\, a Certified Kikisakeshi-Sake sommelier (SSI Tokyo) and IWC sake judge\, will steer the masterclasses\, priming you on what sake is and can be – and take you through selected sake brackets. \n  \nSake showcase tasting:\nSample more than 50  sake from 18 Japanese breweries \n1:00pm – 4:00pm (Registration opens at 1pm)\nCambridge Room \n  \nMasterclass session 1:\n1:35pm – 2:25pm\nEssex Room \nOR \nMasterclass session 2:\n2:40pm – 3:30pm\nEssex Room \n  \nCOST:\nFREE – however registration is essential\, as places are limited. \n  \nTO REGISTER:\nFor Masterclass Session 1 – CLICK HERE to register via Eventbrite. \nFor Masterclass Session 2 – CLICK HERE to register via Eventbrite. \nPLEASE NOTE: Registrations will be taken until Wednesday 20 June\, 12pm unless booked out prior.
