Oster is seeking a passionate hospitality professional to embrace a role where you drive to improve both yourself and the experience we provide for our guests.
Oster is an intimate dining space in Richmond seating 35 guests, and it has been open for almost two years and awarded one Chef Hat by the AGFG in January 2021. Oster is open for dinner services Tuesday – Saturday and lunch on Saturday.
Our food and beverage offerings are centred around local produce with limited availability, and from small local farms.
Our guest base is made up mostly of Richmond and East Melbourne regulars, food & wine lovers as well as our hospitality community.
The right candidate will be hard-working, humble, and have a strong passion for looking after people, teamwork and:
· Previous experience in high-end restaurants in a similar role.
· Extensive wine and beverage service knowledge
· Great people skills and business understanding to develop relationships with customers and suppliers alike.
