A casual indoor-outdoor bar and eatery that encircles the building on the ground floor. Think accessible, casual, fun and energetic – perfect for strolling off the busy streets to enjoy a fancy kebab fresh of the spit.
The 180-seat restaurant on the first level where Head Chef, Cory Campbell shows off his creativity and skill on the wood-fired grill. Turning fine-ding to fun-dining!
Sydney’s newest rooftop bar with views to the city skyline and Darling Harbour. A champagne-focused drinks list lends itself to a small-plate menu of caviar tins, Sydney rocks and sea urchin popping up in unlikely places!
We are looking for a Head Sommelier to drive the wine program across the entire Barangaroo House.
With the support of an industry-leading Group Sommelier Matt Dunne, and from the wider business – you will be given autonomy to create lists that is your own, a chance to have some fun and not necessarily always ‘play it safe’.

You won’t take yourself too seriously, you will ooze charm and charisma on the floor, building rapport with our guests and truly creating a unique and memorable experience.
Moreover, you will be passionate about bringing both guests and staff on the journey. A passion for training and inspiring your team plus the wider FOH team across all floors is paramount to the success of this role!
