Upon completion you will be able to assess wines accurately\, and use your understanding to confidently explain wine style and quality. Upon successful completion you will receive a WSET certificate and lapel pin\, and will be able to use the associated WSET certified logo. \nUnit 1\nThe key factors in the production of wine: location\, grape growing\, winemaking\, maturation and bottling\nThe key characteristics of the principal:\nstill wines of the world\nsparkling wines of the world\nfortified wines of the world\nHow to apply your understanding to make authoritative recommendations \nUnit 2\nHow to taste wines and evaluate quality\, identity and price\, using the WSET Level 3 Systematic Approach to Tasting Wine® (SAT)\nA one-on-one Tasting Tutorial via Zoom\nOnline tastings of a minimum of 12 general styles of wines (we do offer a pack of 18 wines or 12 wines for a discounted price)\nThe course is delivered online and you have 9 weeks to complete it from the 5th of June 2023 to the 6th of August 2023.
