The course covers the wines and spirits of the world and is followed by a one hour multiple choice examination. Wine tasting is a part of every class. There is a strong European focus. \n  \nCourse Programme: \n– Level 2 Systematic Approach to Tasting and food and wine matching \n– Key wine producing regions around the world \n– Key grape varieties \n– Sparkling and sweet wine \n– Fortified wines plus spirits and liqueurs \n  \nThis course runs for three days from Monday the 11th of February to Wednesday the 13th of February 10:30am – 5:30pm with the examination on Wednesday the 13th of February. \n  \nPlease note:no refunds will be issued within 10 working days prior to the start of the course. Before that period a 75% refund is allowed if a student cancels their enrolment. A 100% refund will apply if Wine House cancels. The Level 2 examination will be held on the final night of the course on Tuesday the 9h of April. \n  \nPlease note:no refunds will be issued within 10 working days prior to the start of the course.
