DESCRIPTION:Ten Minutes by Tractor Trade day. We are celebrating the release of our 2016 Single Vineyard and Estate Wines 2016 which is another great vintage on the Mornington Peninsula. This year we are teaming up with two friends and other great-self-distributed portfolios: Moorilla Estate (Tasmania) and M.Chapoutier. (Rhone and Beyond). \nThis event is for the trade only\, with charcuterie and cheese offered between 12pm and 1pm. Please RSVP to Jacques wholesale@tenminutesbytractor.com.au \n2016 is another exceptional vintage on the Peninsula and even though it was warmer and sunnier than for 2015\, the wines are showing similar freshness and elegance thanks to excellent vineyard management. If you ask me\, the Chardonnays are even purer and more expressive yet not lacking in definition and hallmark raciness. The Pinot Noir are a step-up with greater tannic structure and detail with a lot of bitter-sweet red fruits from the vineyards up-the-hill. Coolart Road is darker fruited as always\, has broader shoulders and seems to be built for the long-run. It is very exciting as a sommelier\, to see every year more “gastronomy”\, mouth-watering tannins and age-worthiness in our reds. \nI look forward to seeing you at our Sydney Trade day! \nCheers \nJacques \n  \n
