Taste\, discuss and explore what makes each of these wine styles relevant in today’s market. \n  \n\nTO BOOK:\n  ⇒ Sommeliers Australia Members – $20\n      To access Members priced ticket please login to your Membership Account before selecting tickets. \n  ⇒ Non-Members – $45 \n\n  \nBookings are essential. SUMMARY:[VIC] Between You and The Glass: Blind Tasting Practice #6
DESCRIPTION:NOTE: Venue change – now in the Cheese Cellar at Spring Street Grocer \nWe all know blind tasting is the best way to improve your palate but three things usually stand in the way – it can be costly\, it takes up time\, and it can be intimidating. This blind tasting exercise removes all of these obstacles\, where it’s between you and what’s in the glass! \nScheduled monthly\, simply turn up\, taste and expand your tasting ability\, with guidance from Sommeliers Australia’s hosts Gill Sykes (WSET Educator\, Melbourne Wine House) and Noah Rozenfeld (CMS Advanced\, Amaru). \nAt the conclusion of each bracket\, your host will give a short summary on the key pointers for the tasting of the wine\, and how to get to the correct conclusions. \nFour different wines – two whites and two reds – will be tasted each month. Wines are chosen primarily for their typicity and are a mixed bag of varieties\, origins\, quality and price points. \nSuitable for anyone in the industry wanting to practice blind tasting in a structured way\, those studying WSET and CMS\, or anyone looking to shake up their ‘cellar palate’. \n  \n\nTO BOOK:\nBookings are essential for each session.  Bookings close at 4pm\, Friday 12 July\, unless booked out prior.\n  \n  ⇒ Sommeliers Australia Members – $20\n      To access Members priced ticket please login to your Membership Account before selecting tickets. \n  ⇒ Non-Members – $45 \n\n  \n  \nNot a member yet?Sommeliers Australia membership can be purchased throughout the year at a pro rata price and gain instant access to all the benefits of membership. With automated renewal options now in place\, it’s never been easier to keep your membership up to date. \nClick here to become a member.
