Now scheduled monthly\, simply turn up\, taste\, test yourself and expand your tasting ability. \nWe all know blind tasting is the best way to improve your palate but three things stand in the way – it can be costly\, it takes up time\, and it can be intimidating. \nThis blind tasting exercise removes all of these obstacles! \nCome and train your palate with the guidance of your host Sommeliers Australia’s Noah Rozenfeld (CMS Certified\, Amaru). \nAt the conclusion of each bracket\, your host will give a short summary on the key pointers for the tasting of the wine\, and how to get to the correct conclusions. \nFour wines – two whites and two reds – will be tasted. Wines are chosen primarily for their typicity and are a mixed bag of varieties\, origins\, quality and price points.
