Ombra Salumi Bar Manager Sommelier

An opportunity for a senior position with the Grossi Family at Ombra Salumi Bar.

Job Description

As a manager within the group, you will be responsible for your team of service staff, including sommeliers and shift supervisors, the preparation and delivery of exceptional customer service, operational systems and management, meeting financials, team leadership and mentoring, reporting to directors, maintaining guest information and product development with directors. In addition, you will need to ensure the highest level of consistency and maintenance of the venue and work well within the back of house and front of house team to ensure cohesion, effective communication and that all food and service is delivered at the highest standards.
