Join Sommeliers Australia’s Aaron Commins and winemaker Owen Latta from Latta Vino (Ballarat, VIC) – whose wines are, to put it mildly, unconventional – for this exploration of “lo-fi”/minimal intervention wines. Taste and discuss what constitutes a “lo-fi” style, with examples from Latta Vino, Heavy Petting, La Violetta, LS Merchants, Nattorious, Aletatpur, Gentle Folk, Jauma and Momento Mori.
