This intensive course is designed for sommeliers, F & B professionals and restaurateurs in the position of buying, selling or training about Japanese sake.
This 3 1/2 day accredited sake course is held:
- Sunday 15 October 9:30am – 5:30pm
- Monday 16 October 9:30am – 5:30pm
- Sunday 22 October 9:30am – 5:30pm
- Monday 23 October 1pm – 4pm EXAM
